Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in the Orvieto area.
Grapes
Trebbiano accounts for 40–50% of the blend and Verdello for 15–25%, with other varieties making up no more than 20%.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C for 12–15 days.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel for six months.
