Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow around Bolzano at 500 metres above sea level, on porphyry and limestone soils. The cellar master selects grapes from the best sites.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from early to mid-September. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. Part of the wine undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
Ageing
The wine is aged on the fine lees, mainly in stainless steel tanks.
