The grapes grow in the winery’s vineyards on steep slopes at 400–600 m above sea level.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from late September to early October. At the winery, the grapes are sorted, briefly cold-macerated and gently pressed, before temperature stabilization in steel tanks.
