Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the winery’s vineyards at 300–750 m above sea level, on limestone and loam soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September and carefully sorted at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel.
