The vineyards lie at 500–750 m on gravelly alluvial soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September, sorted at the winery and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
A portion of the wine rests briefly in oak barrels.
