The grapes grow on gravelly, sandy soils around Bolzano.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in early September, and the grapes are carefully sorted. After gentle pressing, the must is fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel to preserve its fresh fruit character and expressive bouquet. It then matures further in the bottle before release.
