Vinification
Vinification takes place in stainless-steel vessels over 20–25 days. Production is limited to 40 hl/ha.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in French oak barriques.
Tasting profile
Intense garnet red. The dense bouquet combines blackberries, black cherries and plums with nuances of slightly withered rose and violet petals, followed by spices. The palate is warm, elegant and enveloping, with a persistent finish that echoes the aromas perceived on the nose and adds a note of cocoa.
