Vinified in stainless steel for 20–25 days. Production is limited to 40 hl/ha.
Ageing
Matured for 12 months in French oak barriques and a further 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Ruby in colour with garnet-red reflections. The nose combines redcurrant and raspberry with fresh floral notes of rose and geranium. The palate is precise and linear, framed by silky tannins and a long, persistent finish.
