Vinified in stainless-steel vessels for approximately 10–15 days. Vineyard production is 50 hl/ha.
Ageing
Matured for 12 months in French oak barriques.
Tasting profile
Bright, deep garnet red. The broad, intense nose centres on ripe plum, blackberry, cherry and red mulberry. Further aromas evoke walnut husk, pink pepper and toasted almond. The palate is mouth-filling and warm, with savoury, harmonious character and a rounded, gentle, elegant expression.
