Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the villages of Neive and Treiso, planted on soils containing tuff, blue clay, limestone and gravel. The vines are 25 and 35 years old.
Vinification
Vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks over 7–10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels for 16–18 months.
