Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from 10 different plots in Corte Franca. The vines are 34 years old on average.
Vinification
The Chardonnay is harvested by hand during the first week of September. The grapes stay in contact with their skins for one day, then ferment in new oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in oak barrels for 9 months, then spends 2.5 years in bottle in the winery's cellars before release.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a delicate, inviting aroma. The palate is rounded and complex, with excellent structure.
