Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Cantina Produttori Cormons’ vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested by hand in late September. After destemming, they undergo low-temperature maceration in chilled pneumatic presses to extract natural antioxidants from the skins. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in large barrels for a further 6–7 months.
Serving and pairing
In autumn and winter, the recommended serving temperature is 12–14 °C.
