The fruit comes exclusively from the Coddu Ecchju vineyard in Sardinia, on east- and southeast-facing hillsides at 70–110 metres above sea level.
Grapes
The vineyard is planted with six local Vermentino clones.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in computer-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is released three years after harvest.

Complex and lively, with an intense aroma.

Santigaìni means “October” in the ancient Gallurese dialect.
