Origin: volcanic hills at 250 m. Guyot training, 5,500 vines/ha; average vine age 28 years; yield 40 q/ha.
Vinification: 10–12 days in stainless steel at 18–20°C.
Characteristics: ruby with violet reflections; berry jam, black cherry and rose petals; sweet, smooth and fresh palate.
Serving temperature: 12°C.
