Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in the "Vigna Villa Karneid" vineyard near Salorno, in the southernmost part of Tyrol.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 6 months in new tonneaux barrels.
