Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from valley-floor vineyards around Cortina, Salorno, Magrè and Cortaccia. The vines are between 3 and 50 years old and grow in loamy, sandy alluvial soils.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the juice clarifies naturally before fermentation at 18–21 °C, intended to emphasize the variety’s character.
Ageing
The wine rests for at least four months before bottling.
Tasting profile
The nose is rich in ripe orchard and tropical fruit. The palate is well structured, with a pleasant mineral finish.

Pair with lean meat, seafood or appetizers.
