Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in the “Vigna Villa Karneid” vineyard near Salorno, in the southernmost part of Tyrol.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed at the winery, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barriques for 12 months.
