Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on sunny terraces in the Vallagarina Valley and around Mori, on limestone and alluvial soils. The microclimate of the Dolomite foothills and the mineral composition of the soils contribute to the balance between natural sweetness and lively acidity. Production is limited.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand.
Ageing
The wine is aged entirely in stainless steel, without oak, to preserve its clean, fresh aromas.
Tasting profile
Refined, aromatic and elegant, with fresh floral and fruit aromas. Around 9 g/L of residual sugar is balanced by lively acidity.
