Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato Giallo grows on sunny sites in the Vallagarina Valley in Trentino-Alto Adige. The soils are limestone and alluvial, which help preserve the variety's aromatic character.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are crushed and given a short cold maceration to draw their aromas from the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel, which keeps its flavours clean and makes the style smoother and more balanced.
Tasting profile
Expressive and aromatic, with a bright Muscat character and a soft, rounded taste. Ripe stone fruit and floral notes lead into a delicate honeyed sweetness, balanced by a refreshing finish. The style is light and restrained, with generous aromas.
Vintage notes
The 2025 vintage won a gold medal at Mundus Vini in 2026.
