Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Müller-Thurgau is grown near Trento on high hillsides in parts of Trentino particularly well suited to white grapes: Val di Cembra, Valle di Cavedine and the Brentonico plateau. The vineyards lie at around 400 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand at optimum ripeness and given a short cold maceration on the skins. Fermentation takes place in steel vats under strict temperature control, which helps preserve the wine's clean, fresh taste and bright aroma.
Ageing
The wine matures briefly on the fine lees in steel tanks before bottling.
