Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc grows on mid-to-high slopes in Valle dei Laghi and in the Adige Valley.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September, then destemmed and crushed. Vinification begins with 12 hours of cold skin maceration. The must is gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for a short period in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Tasting profile
Elegant and gently delicate, with fruity, herbal and spicy notes and a refined freshness.
Serving and pairing
Serve chilled, poured slowly. A glass with a narrow base and a rim tapering towards the top brings out the aromas and flavours best. Hold the glass by the stem so the wine is not warmed by the hand.
