Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio comes from selected vineyards in Triveneto (Tre Venezie), northeastern Italy. The region comprises Venezia Euganea, Venezia Giulia and Venezia Tridentina. A mild, dry breeze crossing Lake Garda helps protect the fruit from excess moisture and disease, while cool evenings encourage the development of rich, intense aromas.

Label / history
The wine was created by Anselmo Martin, an oenologist with more than 25 years of industry experience. Cavit was founded in 1950 as a cooperative established by winemakers in Trentino to improve quality control. It now supports nearly 4,500 small wineries, whose vineyards cover 7,000 hectares, and produces 65% of Trentino’s annual wine output.
