Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from selected vineyards in the Province of Pavia, situated at 200–400 m above sea level. The soils are predominantly clay with some limestone.
Grapes
Pinot Grigio is supplemented by a small proportion of Chardonnay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless steel before bottling.
Tasting profile
Light, refreshing and easy-drinking.
Label / history
The wine was created by oenologist Anselmo Martin, who had more than 25 years of industry experience.
