Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard lies at 200–400 m above sea level. The area has warm summers and cold winters, with predominantly clay soils containing moderate levels of calcium.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness in mid-September. Anselmo Martini oversees vinification. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats at 26 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in steel tanks and oak barrels.
