The estate’s vineyards extend from north to south across approximately 9 hectares and are planted on sandy soils. The vines undergo periodic selection, and 1 hectare is reserved for experimental winemaking.

Ageing
The wine matures for 10 months in 500-litre tonneaux, followed by approximately 12 months in bottle.
