Vinification
The grapes are harvested between 15 September and 15 October. They undergo eight days of skin maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in stainless-steel tanks and then rests for two months in bottle.

Soft, juicy and smooth, with a harmonious palate, pleasant acidity and delicate tannins.
