Grapes
The blend is given as 60% Garganega and 40% Trebbiano, although the description later places Trebbiano at around 30%. Garganega provides the wine’s structure and fruit notes, including citrus, while Trebbiano contributes crispness and lively acidity. The combination is permitted in Veneto under the name Soave Blend.

The aroma is fruity and floral. The palate is delicate, smooth, harmonious and elegant, with a crisp character, lively acidity and citrus notes.
