Vineyard and terroir
Fruit is selected from the finest bunches grown on hillsides in the Soave Classico area, where the soils are volcanic basalt. The vines are managed with careful pruning, modern cultivation techniques and environmentally friendly growing methods.
Grapes
The blend consists mainly of Garganega with Trebbiano di Soave.
Vinification
Vinification includes partial cold skin maceration followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest.

An elegant, full-flavoured white wine.
Label / history
Soave wine has been known in Italy since 1272. It is believed that the wine may have given the town of Soave its name in 1483.
