Vineyard and terroir
The Vermentino is grown in the company's own vineyards in a small subregion of Tuscany on the Tyrrhenian coast. The climate is Mediterranean, and sea, hills and mountains meet there. The soils are varied, sandy and clay. These conditions give the grapes generous aromas, freshness and mineral depth.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand into small crates to preserve freshness and aroma. At the winery they are gently pressed to release the juice without unwanted bitterness. The juice rests briefly so that the solids settle naturally. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature, which preserves the wine's brightness, freshness and pure Vermentino character.
Ageing
The wine stays in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Light and fresh, with an easy, refreshing style. It has generous aromas and rich fruit, with maritime minerality.
