Vineyard and terroir
The Carricante vines grow at 300–500 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes static clarification, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.
Tasting profile
The nose is fruity and floral. The palate is balanced and persistent, with good acidity.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, shellfish, and fried or grilled fish.
