Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Sicily at an altitude of 300 m.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into 15 kg crates, then destemmed and gently pressed. The must undergoes maceration for 8–10 days, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests for six months in the winery’s cellars.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
