Fresh and pleasantly refreshing, with a fruity palate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, light white-meat dishes, vegetable salads and seafood.
Vintage notes
The 2020 growing season in Veneto began slightly earlier than usual. Flowering and fruit set proceeded without problems. Moderate temperatures and optimal rainfall from March through July provided favourable conditions, followed by warmer weather in July and early August. Heavy rain and light hail caused occasional difficulties but no lasting damage. The harvested grapes were healthy and of good quality, with normal sugar levels comparable to previous years.
