Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio is grown in the delle Venezie subregion of Veneto, where the Alps provide protection from cold northern winds and the Adriatic Sea lies to the southeast. The soils are predominantly clay and sandy clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified using a traditional method for dry white wines.
