Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at Maso San Giogio and the Fojaneghe estate, on mineral-rich soils composed mainly of basalt.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and undergo cold maceration, followed by fermentation at 15 °C and malolactic fermentation at 18–20 °C.
