Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Alto Campidano vineyard in Medio Campidano.
Grapes
The blend comprises 90% Cannonau and 10% other red varieties traditionally grown in Sardinia.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully sorted and crushed before fermentation. Skin maceration lasts 10–15 days and is followed by gentle pressing. No sulfites are added.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle.
