Vineyard and terroir
The Vernaccia grows in sandy clay soils on the Sinis Peninsula, while the Vermentino comes from the volcanic soils of Monte Arci. The mature, bush-trained vines give low yields of concentrated fruit.

Vernaccia is the principal variety in the blend.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks. No sulfites are added.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees in stainless steel or glass-lined concrete tanks, followed by several months in bottle before release.

Fresh and approachable, with sea-inspired notes and volcanic minerality.
