Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a specific vineyard within Adalia's estate holdings, all of which are certified organic.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with natural yeasts.
Ageing
The wine matures in the same stainless-steel tanks until bottling.

Label / history
“Laute” means “people.” The Adalia brand takes its name and symbol from Adalia bipunctata, a small ladybird with two spots on its wings that preys on grape aphids.
