Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Marsiliana estate’s vineyards in Maremma, on soils composed of silt, sand and clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed. Maceration lasts 16 hours, followed by 16 days of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12 °C.
