Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from organic vineyards at 500 m above sea level, with soils rich in marl and organic matter.
Vinification
The grapes remain on their skins overnight before fermenting in steel tanks with native yeasts. The wine is bottled without filtration, and fermentation restarts in the bottle, naturally producing carbon dioxide and fine bubbles.

Fresh, juicy and lively, with an easy-drinking character and fine bubbles.
Label / history
In the local Emilia dialect, “Balos” means “clever” or “perceptive.”
