Vineyard and terroir
The organically farmed vineyards lie at 500 metres above sea level, on soils rich in marl and organic matter.
Vinification
The grapes macerate on their skins for seven days, then ferment with native yeasts in stainless-steel tanks without temperature control. After a short period in stainless steel, the wine is bottled without filtration and undergoes a natural second fermentation in the bottle, producing its carbonation and fine bubbles.
Tasting profile
Juicy and very fresh, with fine bubbles.
Label / history
The name “Marc'Aurelio” combines those of its creators, Marc and his father, Aurelio.
