Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on steep slopes in Alpera, Albacete, overlooking the valley. The soils support grapes with pronounced fruit and aromatic character.

100% Tempranillo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night to protect their aromas and limit oxidation. Gentle destemming and crushing are followed by fermentation without the skins at a low temperature of 16°C, preserving the desired colour and flavour.
Tasting profile
Bright, clear salmon pink. The aroma is intense yet delicate and strongly fruit-driven, with cherry and raspberry notes. Medium-bodied, intense, balanced, soft and rounded on the palate, with considerable length.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C with fish, light first courses or white meat. Best enjoyed young.
