Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, sorted and fermented in steel tanks. Production follows organic standards, and all the fruit is organically grown.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for approximately one month before release.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes, pasta and risotto.
Label / history
Superbio was created as a range of wines made entirely from organic grapes. Decordi uses energy-saving production processes and recycled or reusable packaging materials, including recycled glass and FSC-certified paper for bottles, packaging and labels.
