Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on gravelly soils in Friuli Grave.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully transported to the winery, thoroughly sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then lightly filtered and bottled.
Serving and pairing
Pair with appetizers, fish dishes and delicate white meats.
