Vineyard and terroir
The Glera grapes grow on clay soils with basalt deposits.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 14 days at 20 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows. Secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
The aroma is delicate. The palate is light, clean and fresh.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with light appetisers, salads, bruschetta and soft cheeses.
