Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the province of Pavia in Lombardy.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, transported to the winery, thoroughly sorted and gently pressed. After skin maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 °C for 14 days. The wine is then clarified with bentonite and filtered once.
