The vines average 10 years of age and grow at 250 metres above sea level.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The juice ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Tasting profile
The nose has intense varietal aromas. The palate is fresh and well structured.
