Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grows in vineyards in Barolo, on sandy, limestone-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for 18 months in oak barrels, then for at least 18 months in bottle in the winery's cellars before release.

Well balanced.

Pairs with grilled or roasted meat, game, terrines, savoury puddings and medium-aged cheeses.
