Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese vines grow in vineyards in Gavi, on sandy limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, at no more than 17 °C.

Elegant white wine.
Serving and pairing
Suited to aperitif drinking. It pairs with all kinds of fish dishes, appetizers, delicately flavored pasta and grilled vegetables.
