The grapes grow in vineyards in Barolo on calcareous clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, taken directly to the winery and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in temperature-regulated tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged in French oak barrels.
