Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Ramitello vineyard in Campomarino, on the Adriatic coast. The local climate is favourable for viticulture.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late October and carefully selected. Traditional vinification includes one month of maceration on the skins.
Ageing
The wine matures partly in small oak barrels and partly in steel tanks, followed by six months in bottle.
